Excellent customer support - I had a problem with my 2014 Jaguar XF. The dealership gave me great rental car and then came to my office to exchange it for my car when the repairs were done.
My Range Rover Sport was a surprise gift from my husband... I normally do not like surprises or change. This ranks as the best surprise yet!! With years of being an exclusively Ford family & dealing with the same service department for 20 plus years, I was concerned about developing a new relationship with a dealership! The total service on repairs was great, however, my car was in the shop for approximate 10 days, which I considered too long. I given a Rental which was very nice, but it cost me $25 a day for insurance coverage approximately 10 days. I paid over $260 over all for the Rental car.
