I'm always treated very nice and they do great work. Myk is very helpful and concerned with my needs for the car. One thing that is going to be hard on me is - Land Rover is now making us pay for a rental car when our car is in for service. That could be no less than $95.oo a day. My car sometimes can be in the shop for 2 to 3 days.
Great service each and every time
I am a 1st time Jag owner. While pre-owned by 3 yrs, within a few weeks, I encountered a problem with the car that needed immediate attention. Myk Chay, one of the Service Advisors assigned to assist, was confident that the problem would be resolved as soon as possible. Given that the nature of the problem was computer/electronic-related, Myk made it clear that it that multiple diagnosis would be required in order to reach resolution. He provided me with timely updates towards resolving the problem and continued them through completion. I am a fan!
The dealer in San Jose was so bad that I called Haron in Fresno. Couldn't have been treated better, Richard and Andy were very helpful with a difficult lease process (Corporate) and it all went quite smoothly. The after purchase instruction about the features and functions of the car was excellent. I would strongly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase.
Our windshield was severely damaged traveling through Texas. We called Haron on the road and everything was ready to replace the windshield and service the car (2008 SC Range Rover) when we got to Fresno. A great car deserves great service. Haron fills the bill. The price was right and the service was impeccable.
